Click Law 24 gives you access to barrister drafted advice for a low fixed fee of just £50.00.

We can now offer fixed fee barrister drafted advice on:*

Simply click the box to the right to complete the online form, you will then be directed to a payment page where you pay a fixed fee of £50.00.

Your advice will then be emailed to you within 2 working days, drafted by a practising barrister.

*Under the terms of the ‘Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007’, it is our duty to inform you that Newton Mearns, will refer your enquiry to Click Law 24. Click Law 24 pay Newton Mearns. a referral fee* for work introduced to them. This does not affect your rights in any way and you are not obliged to use our service or the service of Click Law 24. Click Law 24 will offer you fully independent legal advice in accordance with Law Society regulations.

Terms and Conditions

Newton Mearns does not charge members of the public for this service. All enquiries received by Newton Mearns for this service, are referred to Click Law 24 (a trading style of EDC Lord & Co Solicitors) who will provide the advice by instructing on your behalf, a barrister from a selected panel.

Referral Fees

Under the Solicitors Regulation Authority Code of Conduct Rules 7-9, solicitors are allowed to make payments to companies who supply them with additional work. This is known as a Referral Fee and the company who receives such a fee is known as an introducer. Newton Mearns (the introducer) must make clients aware that the company receives referral fees from Click Law 24 and Click Law 24 must also confirm to clients that such an arrangement exits.

The referral fee between Newton Mearns. and Click Law 24 is 15% of net fees, in any given matter.
